Within the role for Project Manager I am wholey responsible for the clients programme from inception to completion. My clients include banks, insurers and large overseas corporates. My duties included:

  • Liaising with clients from abroad on the specifics of their programme.
  • Preparing creative and tailor made proposals and quotations.
  • Booking and coordinating suppliers including accommodation, transportation, catering, venues, entertainment, support staff, etc.
  • Experience in building, maintaining and expanding mutually beneficial relationships with clients colleagues and suppliers.
  • Upselling of services both before the group’s arrival and while the group is on the ground.
  • Attending familiarisation trips and site inspections to improve product knowledge.
