After a few months I proven to my leaders that I was capable of becoming a supervisor. Working with large lump some of money.  Being able to manage a large lump sum of people. Also I did returns, exchanges, online ordering. Often I would have to go work in different departments such as layaway, elec., and HBA to help out. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Process merchandise returns and exchanges. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions. Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks.

 Being able to multi-task quickly. Working with a lot of stress and being able to handle multiple people in one setting. Handling large lump some of money. Resolving complaints and questions within a timely matter.
