Força Running

I operate as a private online running coach to help the individual runner discover what their athletic potential is and how to reach it. I help motivate and develop plans for beginner to professional level athletes to achieve their racing and training goals.

As the owner I was responsible for the web design, website maintenance, SEO, marketing, social media marketing and outreach, client recruitment, and all budgeting and financials.  I have become very comfortable working with web design and back-end logistics to optimize the UI in order to assure that each and every visitor and potential client has a memorable online experience.

Tour de Run, LLC

I am the owner and founder for a unique, 3-stage, race called the Tour de Run patterned after the Tour de France. We quickly garnered the honor of being included on the USATF Utah Distance Circuit after only its first year running.  I was also responsible for the creation of the race website, registration integration, Facebook page creation and management, as well as all marketing efforts.

To establish and direct the inaugural year of the Tour de Run was a feat that helped me develop extremely good logistical, managerial, and time management skills. These experiences have made me a very efficient organizer and quite comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities at the same time.
