Responsible for visiting customers on a weekly basis selling a variety of products to convenient stores, hospitals, schools, grocery stores, drive thru's, airports, and gas stations.
- Communicate with customers to create an order.
- Accurately enter customer orders using an IPad with Pro Sel software.
- Walk the store with customers suggesting new products the customer may not be currently selling.
- Introducing new items to customers to increase sales and profits.
- Resolve any customer issues involving incorrect orders, defective or outdated products, or any other issues that occur.
- Ensure the customer is current on all invoices.
- Communicate with Sales Manager on a daily basis to discuss and implement sales strategies.
- Cold call and follow up on perspective customers.
- Sign up new customers.
