Enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in high paced environments and also works well with co-workers to achieve a positive atmosphere. Appreciates the usage of communication to ensure tasks are done according to enacted policies and dedicated to meeting objectives through the mission statement. I am currently a full time student at Lethbridge College. I plan on graduating in April of 2013 with a Policing - Criminal Justice Diploma. My goals include becoming a courtroom sheriff, or a full time employee of a provincial, or federal, correctional facility.

Performed general customer service, merchandised shelves, put out sale signs, priced items, collected shopping carts, restocked returns, did carry outs, and sold seasonal items. Equipment used included manual and electric pallet jacks. I was also part of the safety committee and attended meetings once a month.

Sorted hazardous waste, filled out random load checks, filled out electronic count paperwork, and directed large vehicles. Customer service oriented job, which required good communication skills for directing customers and working with co-workers.

Lethbridge College

Intensive two-year diploma program, taught by instructors with policing backgrounds and experience. This program gives it's students an understanding of law, courtroom procedures, interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, investigative techniques, conflict management and criminology. The diploma prepares people to work for a variety of criminal justice agencies by giving students a foundation in ethics and criminology. 




Competent in the usage and maintenance of non-restricted and restricted firearms. 

Self Defence

I possess a first degree black belt (shodan) in Shotokan Karate. I was in Karate for six years and have experience competing. I competed in Alberta provincials in Calgary and Western Canadian Championships in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. 

Problem Solving

Working the sales floor in retail, I had to recover stock from the stock room if a customer could not find it. Also had to make decisions on whether or not to sell floor displays. I kept a flexible schedule, so I could come in to cover shifts. 


Past employment has required good communication skills. I work well with co-workerers. In the Policing - Criminal Justice Program, I took Professional Communication (COM153)  and Effective Speech and Presentation classes (PRS-172). I learned how to present information proffessionally in Effective Speech and Presentation. Through the Professional Communication class, I possess good interviewing and organization skills. Correctly filling out paper work was perfected in COM153.
