Replied directly to the regional, three state media about blood donation facts in order to improve blood donation influx and inform public about regional blood supply levels during emergency situations. Devised blood donor campaigns that inspired public and repeat donors to give blood. Local and nationally themed messages. Wrote regional HQ corporate communications during a regional three state realignment of ARC Blood Service offices. Maintained communications with the National ARC HQ. Oversaw print and collateral item production. Designed and outsourced production of collateral items for the ARC professional field coordinators - which they distributed to donors through their regional blood donation centers.
