 After working as a private contractor for several years doing jobs for Oklahoma City University such as renovation of the Student Union Cafeteria, was hired as a professional finish carpenter, remodeler and project manager. Responsible for maintenance and beautification of 95-year-old urban private university campus located in Oklahoma City's Midtown area. Served as a consultant on all building projects and upgrades.  Helped in reviewing contracts and bids in order to save the university the most money and obtain the quality of craftmanship needed.   Supervised and trained crew. Established campus standards for finishes, hardware, tile and carpet.  Streamlined production to enable staff to fabricate millwork and fixtures.
