General administration duties including archiving, filing, invoicing
PA duties – organizing travel arrangements, diary management
Assisting in all areas of the Recruitment process
Shortlisting candidate resumes
Hosting reception and welcoming new clients
Bank balancing and cash handling
Social media updates, branding & overall company appearance
Delivering documents to local courts, insurance companies and other law firms
Answering telephones, internal and external calls and faxes, taking messages and transferring to the appropriate person
Managing the daily mail both incoming and outgoing, arranging couriers and delivering parcels
General office duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing
Set up and maintaining the cleanliness of the boardroom, meeting rooms and kitchen
Creating Sales Orders
Test PC Monitors
Install Software onto Laptops
Tiding up my workstation
Setting up printers
Provide helpful, friendly and accurate service and advice to our customers
Receipt and display stock, and maintain store presentation to increase sales
Communicate openly and effectively with my Team Members to achieve team goals
