Who Am I ?

I have 10+ years of experience in conceptualising, building, launching , growing & managing enterprise & consumer digital products. I am passionate about solving real problems that improve quality of life for people. In past, I have got opportunities to own everything that it takes to build & grow a product from the ground up - Design, Tech architecture, Product Management, Product Marketing, Growth Hacking, Digital Marketing , Offline Marketing, Sales, Partnerships & Operations. 

What I loved doing in past

  • Conceptualised, Designed and Launched Android App of Doctors' Circle from scratch. (http://drcl.in ; Product Video - http://drcl.in/promo )
  • Acquired 25K users at almost zero cost-to-company. Got that paid by our customers. Current organic user growth rate is 2000 new users per month.
  • Conducted 7 online healthcare events and 5 times we trended nationally on twitter
  • Increased the total time spent in app to 200 hours per week. Current D30 retention rate is 30%.
  • Pivoted the App from passive way of content consumption by users to interactive way to consume and grow the content in app. It changed the over all strategy of company. Defined the Recommendation engine for user engagement.
  • Maintained notification click rates to 11% by several continuous experiments.
  • Conducted 4 Innovation workshops in past at Sourcebits with seasoned entrepreneurs and converted them into customers to deliver the products with end-to-end ownership. 
  • Built a 15 member team from scratch and spearheaded a content platform from idea stage to launch in 4 months.
  • Led dev team of Beepn'go when app grew from 500K users to 5M users.
