As a Vice President, I direct the firm’s healthcare business, as well as manage new business development.Having focused on healthcare for more than a decade, I am well versed in the issues that challenge various segments, including hospitals, managed care, assisted living, home health and hospice.My clients include Vitas, Community Hospice of NE Florida, Haven Hospice, Santa Fe Healthcare (Gainesville), Covenant Health, Cedars Sinai and Tenet Healthcare Corporation, among others.I expanded the firm’s healthcare practice in terms of geographic presence and market penetration.

As a Senior Account Manager and Recruiter, I successfully identified and recruited new clients and candidates locally and nationally for Healthcare, Information Services, Accounting/Finance and Sales/Marketing clients before being promoted to Vice President.As a professional executive search consultant, I apply keen listening skills and strong industry knowledge to understand and manage clients’ requirements and expectations.  The true measure of success in delighting customers is whether you secure repeat business...something I have done and continue to do successfully.
