I currently work within the dedicated helpline team as an administrator. I deal with customers on a daily basis, assisting them with maintaining their shareholding accounts. I also assist with weekly administrative tasks, including data recording and letter production. I also deal with working as a team and as a team we all come together with our own daily tasks to make this Dedicated team work effectively.

I trained as a hairdresser straight from school and the skills I learnt was amazing. To be a hairdresser you have to have the confidence to communicate with other in a professional and positive way for your clientele to trust you. Through the 4 years I had to learn the skills of a hairdresser along with dealing with the general public, also it gave me a skills to run a salon with a dedicated team.
