Worked as an engineer on a network performance monitoring product (CA Performance Management) used to monitor large scale enterprise and CSP networks.

  • Upgraded the architecture to allow customers to get upgraded factory monitoring configurations without having to wait for a new version of the product to be released.
  • Solve performance issues within the installer including one egregious one that could cause an upgrade to take multiple hours.
  • Created an integration with the ELK stack for CA Performance Management to help drive down mean time to resolution on defects.
  • Subject matter expert for InstallAnywhere for CA Performance Management.
