Financial Accountant, Reporting To FM(Head Office). Highlight: Control all accounting and management duties related to maintaining and effecting proper accounting of all revenues and expenses in accordance with GAAP. Oversees accounting staff, responsible for all accounting transactions, billing and accounts receivable, collection, banks relations, fiscal reporting, and payroll. Key Responsibilities Directing and controlling financial resources of the company, establishing accounting policies/procedures to ensure that all financial transactions comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Supervising all aspects of accounting operations, with emphasis on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management activities, order entry, fixed assets and general accounting. Conducting monthly, quarterly and annual closing process, and responsibility for the general integrity of the accounting function, by reviewing financial statements & preparing monthly entries, to ensure operational processes and results compliance. Manage stock take procedures and financial control of stock in stores and warehouse, by yearly inventory physical count, to improve inventory management & reduce mistakes. Various Highlight and Key Responsibility: Accounts Receivables(Government & Private). Reconciliation, aging analysis, follow-up payments & collection, reporting the actual situation for each amount or claims, payment stage & if there is any problems in collection. Cash Flow monitoring. Financial analysis for GM, Pre-Operating Costs, Controlling expenses and costs at all levels. Preparing projection reports for cash flow statements. Maintaining all banking relations to achieve a positive relationship with banks to cover bank facilities, time deposit, withdrawals, transfers, LC's, & LG's. Preparing & monitoring budget control. Reporting any indication or variation to the management. Preparing monthly & yearly financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flow reports. Assuring all company assets is properly recorded. Verifying all“ Capital Expenditure” is either included in the approved budget or within the authority limits.
