My experience is based on the management of multinational as well as independently owned Hotels & Resorts in Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America. I have worked in a wide variety of sectors that range from Business Hotels, to Leisure Resorts as well as “Vacation Clubs” in high demand destinations and leaders in each of its business sectors.

The main focus throughout my career has been the  implementation of organizational changes, and the alignment of the mission and vision of the company with the resources, processes and standards in order to guarantee an appropriate and updated product delivery. This leads to consistently exceeding guests´s  and client’s expectations and therefore to maximize profitability.

My objective is to consistently maintain the value of the company at a high strategic level by gaining operational efficiencies, process systematization and the execution of development and productivity models within human, financial and material resources.
