I am in charge of Eastern and Central Europe B2B sales. I am taking care of cooperation with existing clients as well as in constant search of new ones. During my work region's turnover has raised + new clients are under implementation at the moment.
- Creation and implementation of sales strategy in my region;
- Constant search of new clients, business meetings, direct sales and control over implementation process by my team;
- Taking care of existing clients needs and diversification of product's portfolio through direct sales;
- Monitoring of trade performance, trade structure and financial results;
- Tender activities;
- Sales forecast and analysis;
- Delivery chain and customs documents preparation;
- Creation of new products and services.
