Renewal By Anderson

I started working in the Marketing Department of Renewal By Anderson Of Central Pennsylvania. I placed cold calls and warm calls. I first initiated conversation and from there I found a need from the prospect. From there I would find hot buttons and touch on them. I would pull interest out of them and find out what it was that they were least happy about with there windows or doors in their homes. From there, I would build a solid re-pore with them and set an appointment for our one of our window, door consultants to come out to their home. I had a 30-35% set rate and the sales associates had an average of about 40% closing rate which is excellent considering each sale averages 8K.

I worked in the marketing department of Renewal By Anderson for 3 of the years I worked for them. I eventually got promoted or shall I say gained interest in making more money and took on the task of learning to close the deals as an official Renewal By Anderson sales Rep! I greatly enjoyed my job and training I must say was not easy but I mastered it through a lot of strong will and lots of diligence.

I traveled quite a bit to each candidates home and I closed 70K in my first week doing the In-Home consulting.

I placed cold outbound calls for local Fire Company's, paralyzed Veterans, and Local Police Departments. This Job was very repetitive and aggressive. I was challenged daily by a driven goal that was placed in front of me on the computer screen. We all as a team had a percentage of donations we had to maintain hourly. I was always the Top Producer bringing in an average of 180 Dollars an hour for this company. This company unfortunately went out of business and I was forced to find a new job in which I did quickly.

Knox Financial Group

I placed outbound (Cold) phone calls to help acquire new clients for the firm. I would address mortgage rates and loans with prospects. I kept documents and manuscripts of each client I spoke with. I had daily reminders in which I used Microsoft office for. I worked closely with the loan officers in the office. I would transfer what I turned into hot leads to the loan officer who could better assist the prospect for a future loan or a reduced mortgage rate.

Hello and welcome to my resume/portfolio! My name is James Fox and I have been in marketing/sales since I have been 19 years old. I started working physical labor jobs when I first turned 16 years of age. A close friend of mine got me started in marketing at a early age when I turn just 19 years old. Since then I have never looked back. I greatly enjoy working and helping others. I am a people person who enjoys being around people daily and better helping them in there needs and wants rather seeking mine first. I am a very self motivated person looking to better help others which in turn all pays off for myself and everyone around me. I have been in sales and marketing as I said since I have been 19 years old. I also am a computer guru at heart. I have self trained myself and have had many small personal business's of my own such as computer repair and IT support that I have managed. I am currently seeking full-time employment with a company who is looking to grow and better help the community around them or within their reach. As I said, I am well self driven and I am looking for that great team of members to grow with!
