Been developing key skills through different experiences on different workplace environments.

Hard Rock Café contributed valuably on acquiring skills and bar functional operation such as cash outs, big bar set ups, speed service, custom costumer service.

All Star Lanes was an important bar to grow as a bartender where improved a lot on bar knowledge - spirits, beers, cocktails, bar history and mostly american whiskey - various product training sessions attended while working for this company. Also important for introducing on crafting home made ingredients - infusions, syrups, etc... - and having a better understanding of a bar, products and event management by hosting private events for the company.  It was an important place to learn and a gave some insight of management skills.

La Bodega Negra was a great experience and provided lots of information mostly on tequilas and mezcals. This was different experience as was a sort of mexican 'speakeasy' restaurant that offers a small, dark, intimate type of environment mixing a fun-going kind of bar with a high standards type of service.

Basement Sate was a place of constant training on cocktails, product knowledge and management. The place has a small team so it is required for the bartender to host, to tend tables, to barback and tend the bar. Really good training of a speakeasy like kind of service and a really good development on a more classic-to-modern type of cocktails.

Mahiki is a very good place to learn. A total different experience as it is a tiki bar, different guest experience, different type of guest experience, lots of freedom that allows bartenders  to express themselves that many other bars wouldn't allow. Quite remarkable bar on worldwide cocktail scene. Spent 3 months on  Mahiki London, moved to Mahiki Dubai for five months as a bartender with management support on the side, and back to Mahiki London to the current period.

What Am I looking for now?

At this point I am looking to contribute with experience and knowledge to help develop menus, bars, staff. Currently looking for a nice bar to throw, roll, shake and stir some drinks.
Looking forward for the next shot.
