Prepare or review all internal procedures, policies and HR Memos

  • Advance salary request and annual leave salary request for staff and labors
  1. Receive and Check monthly advance salary request as per FCC EM policy (once a year apart from the first advance salary for new joining employees.
  2. Coordinate the approval of annual leave salary request ( can be requested only once a year)
  3. Prepare weekly advance salary request table for submitting to Accounting and Finance (HR payments)
  4. Request and receive annual leave salary advance for staff (cash and bank transfer though HR payments)
  • Flight tickets request (annual leave o final exit ticket)
  1. Check annual leave ticket requests as per Company policy
  2. Request annual leave tickets with General Services as per company policy
  3. Manage annual leave ticket and final exit tickets depending on each case (Annual leave ticket and final exit ticket entitlement)
  • Annual ERE Visa request and ERE Visa payments (personal ERE VISAS
  1. Check annual leave request
  2. Annual ERE Visa control and follow up as per leave policy
  3. Prepare Weekly ERE Visa payments, taking into account departure date
  4. Annual ERE Visa Requests
  5. Check ERE Visa payments for staff personal leave / emergency leave: Leave request + ERE payment (previously to process the request)
  6. Prepare weekly ERE visa payments for submitting to Accounting and Finance
  7. ERE Visa control table
  • Multiple ERE for seconded staff non spanish management

Monitor, follow up and request Multiple ERE visa for seconded non Spanish employees

Insurance Tasks: 

  1. Add new insurance or delete
  2. Update the number of borders to IQAMA
  3. Request medical certificates
  4. Re-print the medical insurance card
  5. Ensure that the employee has been linked to the CCHI
  6. Follow-up of financial claims from the medical insurance company
  7. Issuing a medical insurance certificate

3-  Ministry of Labor office (raising the files of wage protection - issuing a card to renew the residence - changing professions - issuing visas for recruitment) 
4- GOSI (adding and Delete employees - modifying the annual salary - issuing a certificate - follow up the status of the employee in Netaqat) 
5- Municipal (renewal and extraction of licenses)
