I am a driven Digital Marketeer with almost 10 years experience in the Digital Performance Marketing industry. I have worked in a variety of fields within the online / offline marketing sectors. Colleagues know me as a highly creative marketer who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach and strategy and who isn't shy of getting stuck in and getting his hands dirty! In my eyes, client's business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and its goals before drawing up any proposals. In April 2018 I decided to work for myself full time and I recently launched a Premium Affiliate Network specialised in Subscription Products, a Mobile App Distribution platform, Social Media Management platform, SEO and Digital Marketing Consultancy where I have been offering external support to companies as a third party in a particular area of their business.

I managed the whole Affiliate Network's day to day operations amongst which I set targets to the Business Development Managers and establish weekly network goals for the Affiliate Managers. I then worked closely with my team to achieve these targets and have full flexibility from the board to offer incentives and rewards accordingly. I carefully reported the Profit and Loss and presented these figures to the board on a monthly basis, after which we planned the strategy for the following month. On the other hand I also built and developed The Affiliate People's Lead Generation/Performance Marketing product called LuckyOldMe - It launched in February 2017 and are currently experiencing a moment of rapid growth working with over 85 advertisers in various formats and generating over 1500 registrations daily.

For this position, I utilised all the knowledge acquired in the previous 5 years at adSalsa Publicidad and designed a business plan, put projections in place, set expectations and put the project in to motion. I developed Verso Group's Online business from the ground up to become one of the UK's fastest growing Affiliate and Lead Generation businesses. Within 1 year the team has grown from 1 to 5 employees, each specialising in key areas for the continued growth of the project. I provided full sales training and helped new employees understand the culture of my project. We worked hard and consistently meet goals and objectives.

In the years of experience in the industry, this position had been the most challenging in terms of level of difficulty and level of responsibility, from which I have learnt a wide variety of new skills for future roles in performance marketing and lead generation.

I also constantly met with the board of directors I discuss new opportunities, budgets and review the project's profit and loss.
