For this position, I utilised all the knowledge acquired in the previous 5 years at adSalsa Publicidad and designed a business plan, put projections in place, set expectations and put the project in to motion. I developed Verso Group's Online business from the ground up to become one of the UK's fastest growing Affiliate and Lead Generation businesses. Within 1 year the team has grown from 1 to 4 employees, each specialising in key areas for the continued growth of the project. I provided full sales training and helped new employees understand the culture of my project. We worked hard and consistently meet goals and objectives.
In the years of experience in the industry, this position had been the most challenging in terms of level of difficulty and level of responsibility, from which I have learnt a wide variety of new skills for future roles in performance marketing and lead generation.
I also constantly met with the board of directors I discuss new opportunities, budgets and review the project's profit and loss.
