Memory Care Unit
Full-time Lead - duties include: Training new hires, managing Personal Solutions Program for facility; educating families and residents of cost, products and enrollment of family/ residents into program, as well as communicating with family of resident needs and changes.
And ultimate distribution of supplies and products. Reporting to DON and nursing of new enrollments. Duties also include aspects of ADL's during the 7-3 shift, also to lead activities to promote the social well being, mental stimulation, and memory enhancing skills of residents with the mission being independence, also, meal prep and serving of breakfast, lunch and dinner, memory care kitchen and dining prep and clean up, following guidelines of meal temperatures, sanitation guidelines, as well as implementing the refresh program during all meals according to Emeritus National standards. Medication passing and charting on both Memory Care and Assisted Living. SAMM certified.
Residential and commercial cleaning both during construction or post-construction clean up varied from client and ranging from spring cleaning, organization of home, floor stripping/waxing/sealing. Occassionally assisting with sanding, painting and demolition.
All aspects of clients personal care including assistance with ADL's, Housekeeping, transportation. Post-Operative care often incorporating Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Respiratory Therapy. As well as acting as advocate at Doctor's appointments and/or Hospital / Rehab stays.
In-bound call center duties include sales,retention, technical troubleshooting,billing,payment processing, scheduling installations and disconnections, customer education and overall account maintenance.
Inventory, merchandising, employee training, scheduling, sales, and register balancing of multi-million dollar shoe department.
