Summary

For the last 4 years I have developed my career around the audit, definition and implementation of processes in nationwide telecommunication companies

I have been ultimately responsible for auditing, redefinition and implementation of the Network Change Management process for ONO, a telecommunication operator

Also I have been ultimately responsible for the integration of Vodafone Spain and ONO's Network Change Management Processes, where again I have been responsible for the auditory prior to the redefinition of the processes and their unification, with no impact on daily operations

I have redefined processes under eTOM and ITIL Best Practices standards, directly employing methodologies like Scrum and Kanban; and indirectly Lean and Kaizen

Previously, I had been responsible for network rollout, with responsibilities for the administration of the budget allocated to the area, including supplier management
