About me

My goal as a coach is for my athletes to grow both physically and individually. This is done through hard work, overcoming adversity, being responsible and respectful. As a coach I hold my ability to mentor athletes to the highest regard and strive for athletes to grow from each experience. Teamwork, cohesion and goal setting plays a key role in my program. I believe everyone plays an equal role on the team, regardless of playing time. Each athlete knows their role, their goals and how they impact the team. Throughout the season, it is made a priority to set goals and work toward these goals. I believe in having a strong line of communication with my athletes, by allowing athletes to participate in problem solving and leadership opportunities. I want the experience of sport competition and being on a team to be something my athletes can carry through their lives through physical activity, character and values.
