August 20, 2008 - Reston, VA - VisualCV, Inc., the company reinventing the resume for the digital age, today announced the appointment of Jeff Hunter as Chief Executive Officer. Hunter brings more than 15 years of entrepreneurial and executive leadership experience in the financial services, technology and executive recruiting industries, with a focus on bringing disruptive web businesses to market. Notable among these are FXtrade.com, the leading website for foreign exchange trading and one of the most valuable privately owned sites on the Web, and DLJ Direct, an early and leading stock trading website.

Hunter joins VisualCV from leading global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, where he was Vice President of Corporate Development. While at Heidrick & Struggles Hunter led the joint venture with BoardRecruiting.com, in partnership with NASDAQ, and also led the firm's investments and strategic partnerships in the United States and China.

His previous experience includes leading FXTrade.com and establishing it as the world's largest web-based foreign exchange platform, and DLJ Direct, a leading online brokerage website for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Prior roles include Managing Director for Acumen Solutions, a consulting firm to the financial services industry; and Director & Global Head of Business Development, Financial Services Group for Perot Systems, where he played a lead role in winning multi-billion dollar IT outsourcing contracts.

Hunter has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University.
