Clint Heiden
Clint Heiden is co-founder and former CEO of VisualCV, Inc. Frustrated with the world of recruiting, Clint joined with Phillip Merrick to try and solve a broken tool in the job search process for both professionals and companies: the resume. In just under two years, Clint took VisualCV from concept through to successful market launch.
Prior to VisualCV, Clint was CEO of The Heiden Group, a highly successful recruiting firm for venture-backed and global technology companies, placing executives into vital leadership and revenue generating roles including CIO, CTO, VP of Sales, and VP of Business Development for hundreds of clients. The Heiden Group also specializes in building national sales teams from the ground up for a number of organizations, ensuring human capital investments drive rapid and profitable growth within companies.
Clint has over seventeen years of executive experience including a full scope of P&L, finance, HR, sales, marketing, business development and operations management. He has delivered over $8 billion in organic revenue growth for the organizations that he has led. Clint is an expert at assembling high performance sales teams and has orchestrated over fifteen successful integrations for companies such as Cable & Wireless America, Exodus, Qwest, MCI and UUNET.
Guy Kawasaki

Guy Kawasaki is founding partner and entrepreneur-in-residence at Garage Technology Ventures and co-founder of Nononina (the owner of Alltop.com and Truemors.com). He is also a columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine. Previously, he was an Apple Fellow at Apple Computer, Inc. Guy is the author of eight books including The Art of the Start, Rules for Revolutionaries, How to Drive Your Competition Crazy, Selling the Dream, and The Macintosh Way. Guy is a specialist in marketing, evangelism, new-product introduction, and keynote speeches. He has a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA as well as an honorary doctorate from Babson College.

Working in senior leadership positions with Monster.com, Blackfin Capital, LLC and Vertical Knowledge, Marcel has proven to be adept in all areas of strategic operations, sales management and market planning. He is renowned for his ability to motivate experienced teams, international business units and high performers towards long term objectives, quarterly fiscal demands, turn-around and crisis based objectives. He holds a Masters from both Columbia University and Baruch College.
Mary Dridi
Most recently Mary served as CFO of BuySafe, a leading trust and safety company for e-commerce. Previously she was CFO, executive vice president, and treasurer of webMethods, a leading provider of business integration and optimization software. During her seven-year tenure at webMethods, Mary had responsibility for all aspects of finance, including accounting, budgeting and planning, and investor relations. Mary played a significant role in webMethods' IPO.
Mary has been named CFO of the Year by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), the Maryland Tech Council and the DC Tech Council.

Heather joined Lagan in October 2007 as vice president of Worldwide Human Resources and is now senior vice president of worldwide Human Resources. A seasoned HR executive whose career spans multiple industries, she is responsible for directing and managing global HR operations, administration and strategic organization development. Heather has over fifteen years senior human resource management experience specializing in business psychology.
Formerly, Heather was the vice president of Human Resources & Administration at webMethods (now Software AG) where she directed global HR operations for 30+ team who delivered world-class recruiting initiatives for services & sales, management training, team-building, performance management, employee rewards, strategic organizational development and merger and acquisition integration.

Dr. Terrence LaPier
Pierpont Group and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
LaPier is a faculty member of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School where he teaches top-rated courses in Entrepreneurial Leadership, Private Equity, and International Real Estate in the MBA and Executive MBA programs over the last thirteen years. He founded Pierpont in 1996 with several of his Wharton colleagues and is a senior partner. LaPier is also the lead partner for CMS Educational Assets, a for-profit education and real estate rollup; and, Chair of Wellington Funeral Services, one of Pierpont's portfolio companies.
During the last 25 years, LaPier has had extensive experience in creating value for enterprises, working with private equity, management buyouts, and startups. He has been a principal in and/or adviser to more than one hundred venture capital and private equity transactions, market entry strategies, joint ventures, alliances, corporate rollups, M&A transactions, and real estate investments in the United States and internationally.
LaPier received his Ph.D. in International Economic Comparison from the London School of Economics and graduated from Wharton's Advanced Management Program. He received his bachelors' degree from Syracuse University's Maxwell School. He currently serves on several corporate boards, as well as, Syracuse University's Chancellor's Council and the Board of Advisors of its Athletic Department and Sports Program. His book, Competition, Growth Strategies and the Globalization of Entrepreneurial Firms is widely read at Wharton, MIT, Johns Hopkins and other business schools worldwide.
