• Serve as the primary Excutive Placement Consultant servicing the Corporate and Commercial Banking divisions.
• Manage full cycle recruiting for all critical roles within this business segment
• Coordinate all staffing efforts for strategic growth efforts including new markets as well as new support functions within the line of business
• Conduct regular meetings with the senior executive team to update on progress as well as plan for additional projects needed

• Serve as a manager for three recruiters and human resource consultants.
• Manage FTE reports and other related human resource reports, projections, and analytics as needed

Key Accomplishments:

• Developed an interactive Human Resources resource book for the Mortgage Company including Policy enhancements, Code of Conduct, Rules of Management Engagement, and Associate Relations Policy
• Helped to develop overall recruiting strategy for 2007
• Fully developed a fully automated FTE report to include turnover, retention, hiring trends and forecast along with cost analysis
• Received Corporate Top Producer award in November of 2005
• Personally recruited Mortgage Loan Originators in 2005 who are currently in the top 25% of the mortgage company in terms of production year to date

• Primarily responsible for managing up to 30 loan officers throughout the state of Alabama and Florida

• Was originally relocated to develop the Business Development Department whose primary goal was to call on current businesses in the area to expand deposit and loan penetration

• Developed and executed an aggressive calling program, calling on small businesses and small business owners, moving their banking relationship to my cost center.

Key Accomplishments:

• I was able to increase percentage of goal from a two year average of 67.5% to 87.6% and increased average monthly loan production by 358%
  
• Increased Core Deposits from $31 million at the end of 2003 to $35 million at month end in June

• Responsible for increasing the annuity and annuity sales in the branch by at least 500% and security referrals by at least 30%
