One Day, One Job is a blog about entry level jobs. Every day it tells a new company's story - what they do, who they are, and what jobs or internships they're hiring for. We scour both online and offline media for information on jobs that you may never think to look for. We want to open your eyes to the thousands of opportunities available to you, one day at a time.

· Designed and built the site.

· Wrote daily employer profiles and in-depth job search advice articles.

· Marketed sites through Facebook advertising, search engine optimization, and outreach to Career Services offices.

· Developed relationships with advertisers to launch campaigns targeted to our unique audience of college aged job seekers.

Orvis is a family-owned retail and mail-order business specializing in high-end fishing, hunting and sporting goods. Founded in Manchester, VT in 1856 by Charles F. Orvis to sell fishing tackle, the company has changed hands only twice and has had only five CEOs in its 150-year history. Characterized by the leading fly-fishing trade journal as an "800-pound gorilla" in the fly-fishing industry, Orvis is recognized for its "unparalleled influence on the sport."

· Led initiative with managers at all levels to redesign and implement a new Performance Evaluation process.

· Prepared results of Associate Survey and presented recommendations to Executive Committee.

· Revised Associate Handbook.

· Investigated abuses of vendor discounts in retail stores.
