Hello. My name is Mark Bustamonte and I am a Regional Sales Director Financial Education Services. 

The Better Business Bureau in the state of Michigan (not sure about other states) has recently changed its rating system from "Satisfactory" or "Unsatisfactory" to "A+" through "F" with "A+" being the best and "F" being the worst.
