Joined organization as clearance supervisor Efforts were immediately noticed & was promoted as Clearance Manager to expand clearance capabilities at Bangalore. which were in terms of better co-ordination with customs for execution of regulatory set-up in compliance with customs regulations, headed total 60 professionals to offer round the clock complete support/monitoring to Impex Operations related to express & commercial trade to/fro India. I was also involved in support activities for network control group & quality control center that ensures best quality / timely services to customers, was also part of and accountable for all activities at gateway ensuring the best result/quality to customers in short span of time. Had successfully, accomplished all my assignments… by creating basic regulatory structure with lot of new additional advantages, had also played a key role in successful transition of facility from old to new Bangalore international airport these were few of the major creativities of my imagination at BLR DHL.

Handled/Managed a team of 20 professionals to managed all type of work/assignments related to Import-Export Business in India, General cargo, exhibition cargo, Diplomatic Consignments, 3PL projects, Turnkey projects, Build strategic relationships with Clients & Foreign Associates, coordination with government agencies related to trade, HS code calcifications, Job allocation to Import-Export Executives, Import-Export Consolidation, Communications with Airlines/Shipping Lines in relation to import & export consignments, branches offices supervision/control & Formalities for clearance in various Destinations in India, and also handled exhibition logistics and site handling jobs for sister concern M/s Translink Express (I) Pvt. Ltd.
