With a background in broadcast journalism, Tom's communication skills were forged by working under tight time constraints.  Earning two (2) First Place Awards from the Associated Press and two (2) Emmy Awards, Tom mastered delivering news and information to the general public.

Working with EFX Media since 2003, Tom expanded his communication skills working in the corporate environment, crafting separate, specific messages to meet his clients demands.

Responsible for hiring and fostering younger talent at EFX Media.

Direct multi-faceted communications projects, leading teams of designers, film crews, editors and support staff.

During tenure as a broadcast journalist, Tom trained entry-level staff in writing, editing and newscast production.

From organizing and scheduling large-format film projects, juggling budgets, timelines, client reviews and deadlines...to leading broadcast news crews in covering world-wide events, Tom's ability to multi-tasking and foreshadowing skills keep projects on schedule and achieve successful results.

This skill, in part, led to Tom's promotions at EFX Media from Producer, to Senior Producer, to Executive Producer.
