 I received calls about people's legal inquiries, took down information, discussed their legal problems with the lawyer, called the clients back to inform them of the possible courses of action they could take. Communication with clients via telephone as well as walk-in clients  Helped lawyers compile and complete their cases while also handling clients that call in, so I'm extremely adept with multitasking. If the receptionist was not available, I filled the position and directed phone calls. Recently as one of the case workers went on vacation, I've been trained to take her spot. I've been interacting mostly with Vietnamese clients to complete their N-400 applications for citizenship. I'm solely responsible for their application, and once complete, the lawyer briefly checks it over. At the law firm I've been exposed to aspects of the law concerning immigration, social benefits, domestic violence, and housing. I'm constantly multitasking between photocopying, answering phone calls, and dealing with clients in order to help them understand their problems, calm them down, and aid them in any way I can. The flexibility to do numerous different tasks have enabled me to successfully accomplished more than what has been asked of me during my time at the law firm

Made sure customers were satisfied with the food and service. Escorted customers to tables. Presented menus to customers and answered questions about menu items. Removed dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and took them to kitchen for cleaning. Served food and/or beverages to customers. Stocked service areas with supplies such as drinks, food, tableware, and linens.
