Review and evaluate psychiatric records and treatment plans for all psychiatric clinical claims, comparing duration control guidelines and clarifying functional inconsistencies in order to determine residual abilities.
Work, when reasonable, with employers, providers, internal clinical staff, and claimants to formulate return to work plans that will help the claimant return to gainful employment.
