•Conduct historical research on a daily basis intended for media guides, programs, game notes, athletic Web site and office records.

•Assemble information on an assortment of sports via historical and contemporary game statistics.

•Accountable for assembling quotes from athletes and coaches through various press conferences.

•Provide OSU student-athlete feature stories for the Big 12 Web site for fall, winter and spring sports.

•Successfully implemented and participated in the tactical communications supporting distribution of messages via key communication methods including social media platforms.

•Assisted with “day of,” efforts including Town Hall setup and support of Pickens Plan Public Relations team.

•Advised customers in an assortment of store products.

•Liable for accurate management of money received throughout the sale of store products.

•Oversaw closing duties and enforced that the store was accurately locked up afterward.  

•Demonstrated excellent customer service skills toward customers.

•Checked out customers efficiently and quickly, which lead me to becoming "Four Star Cashier," twice.

•Willingness to work as a team with coworkers and supervisors in order to make sure customers were satisfied and the store was successful.
