Manage, develop, and support the content development, marketing aims, idea generation, and planning of the company's overall presence and development of relationships on social media outlets, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, GooglePlus, and others.

Oversee education projects and organize education events. Entails marketing and coordinating with various educators worldwide through social media. Coordinate schedules and manage travel arrangements.

Created and instructed adult pre-intermediate, intermediate, and upper-intermediate English courses. Developed and implemented the curriculum for the English story time class for children ages 4 to 12
years-old. Taught the English Playgroup for children ages 2 to 3 years-old. Teacher to high school students completing the Abitur exam. Presented several workshops about technology for English teachers and parents. Coordinated the first international Skype conversations with students from around the world.

Organized, assisted in the development of the curriculum, and instructed in annual English camps
with over 70 children.

Developed the ESL curriculum in English Grammar, Literature, Composition, US History and World
Religions to 40 freshmen to senior high school students of various competency levels. Made
recommendations to mainstream staff regarding the special resources and accommodations
appropriate for each student. Acted as a liaison between students and their classroom teachers,
counselors, parents, and principal. Oversaw student testing and placement. Developed a training
course for future ESL instructors and programs.

Facilitated in the development and instruction of composition lesson plans for undergraduate and
graduate students from over 12 different countries.

Assisted in the development and instruction of ESL lesson plans in English Grammar, Literature,
Conversation Skills, US History and Health to beginner competency level students. Prepared
examinations and lessons for a class of freshmen to senior high school students of various cultures.
Acted as a liaison between students and their classroom teachers, counselors, parents, and
principal. Serve as the second language specialist to an entire school staff.

Launched a volunteer organization, which established artist interaction in the community. Entailed networking with community leaders, local charities, and artists.  Ethos achieved the SAMMS Ministries 2001 Volunteer Group of the Year Award for the creation of a music program for homeless children.

Responsible for overseeing 15-20 college interns, organizing their work schedules, creating interactive science demonstrations, programs, exhibits, and camp-in curriculum. Created an interactive curriculum for the children’s summer programs. Supervised 4 to 6 teachers and managed disciplinary actions for students and parental concerns. Managed field trips, inventory, and the budget.
