Shane Hedges is leading experiential education having led the preeminent experiential education company in America, and now as a thought leader helping a variety of organizations and individuals deliver transformative learning experiences.  Located in Washington, D.C., Hedges and his team have educated, motivated and inspired over a quarter of a million young people from all around the world.  The educational programs created by Mr. Hedges’ staff produces curriculum that is age-appropriate, interactive, and engaging. Shane Hedges’ team members focus on motivating participants into becoming high achievers; in fact, former participants have gone on to start their own businesses and to realize their hopes and dreams. Shane Hedges began his journey at first as a financial analyst but quickly rising to the Managing Director of Education.  Due to his determination and dedication in executing successful programs, he was promoted to the prestigious position of company president. Mr. Shane Hedges’ education has likely contributed to his accomplishments. Shane M. Hedges began his college education at American University in Washington, D.C. At American University, Shane Hedges studied Communications, Law, Economics & Government and earned his B.A. in 1996. Mr. Shane Hedges then attended the University of Maryland, where he focused his graduate studies on Business and Management, a field that is extremely relevant to his current position as President. In summer 2006, Shane Hedges received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
