Responsible for Business Leadership for the Retail accounts for Y&R, specifically YUM/Priszm Restaurants relationship. 

Activities:  Full responsibility on the #1 Integrated Marketing Communications Agency operations in Mexico.  Key clients are BAT (Camel), SCJohnson (Home care), Motorola (Telecom), Adidas, Philips, Unilever (Best foods), Warner (Home Video), Johnson & Johnson (Clean & Clear),  and Computer Associates among others.

Achievements: Successful Agency start-up, with the highest growth in the Mexican Market.

Activities: Consulting for the marketing and communications industry, with clients such as Nestlé, Televisa, Visa, Semarnat (National Environmental Ministry), United Nations, and Gilette, among others.  Also representing the UK identity firm Wren & Rowe in Mexico.

Achievements:  Responsible for key innovation projects for clients.  Projects awarded:  Siver prize from the Broadcast Design Association (BDA) for the Noticieros Televisa new branding and image;  Silver prize from BDA for Estación 4 (Guadalajara local channel);  Silver prize in PROMAX for Operación Triunfo TV show image and promotional campaign;  Silver prize in PROMAX for Televisa Niños. 

Activities: In charge of all marketing, advertising and promotion for the leading Home Movie Company in Mexico. 

Achievements: Launch of new products and services such as Retail and CRM programs. 

Activities: In charge of the start-up, all marketing planning, activity, advertising and promotion of major TV reality shows (Big Brother, Operación Triunfo among other).  Responsible for media and PR.

Achievements:  Historical record high rating for the a prime time TV Show in Mexico.  Historical record high number of press coverage for a TV show in Mexico.  Development of a distinctive image and branding for the program, recognized as one of the five most important brands in the Mexican Market in the 2002.

Activities: In charge of Nestlé Account and Kidsite, marketing for kids.  In charge of all strategic communications planning for the Advertising Agency.

Achievement:  Responsible for the main initiatives of the Agency, and new communication planning philosophy implementation.

Activities: In charge of all marketing, advertising and promotions for Tetra Pak and Dairy clients.  Responsible for Government relationship and Environmental Affairs.

Achievements:  Launch a marketing model that was exported to LA and Asian Markets.  Responsible for a favorable Government initiative for package handling.  Successful management of critical associations against cardboard packages, converting them into strategic allies.  Responsible for the acquisition, funding, technology selection and start-up of the first recycling plant for cardboard packages

Activities: Responsible for all marketing and advertising for the Card Division.  Responsible for Card Acquisition and Cardmember communication.

Achievements:  Record high Card Acquisition with all marketing activities and Telemarketing units.  Record high Card volume acquired by mailing efforts and alternative channels. Reconfigure Cardmember services and insurances.  Responsible for major initiatives in Mexican Market:  launch of Gold Card Travel Services, Membership Miles, Platinum Card.

Activities: In charge of marketing and promotional activities of Laundry Detergent Brands.

Achievements:  Responsible for liquid detergents test market and new branding and position of main detergent in Mexican Market.
