Currently, Rose is working with Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology as Systers Program Manager part-time.  Systers is largest email community of women in computing.  She works remotely out of Atlanta, but travels to Silicon Valley frequently.  Rose is actively seeking virtual assignments in project management for teams geographically dispersed and implementation at multiple sites.  She has extensive experience in managing virtual teams, meeting project schedules and budget and communicating at C-level, mid-level and front-line project team members.

Rose Robinson is a technology industry veteran with more than 18 years experience. • Successfully completed network infrastructure design and implementation for first release launch for connectivity between U.S. headquarters, Brazil, Mexico Data Center and India Development center to comply with CWAN traffic for Web Portal project

• Directed marketing strategies, business development plans, promotional activities, product development projects, and MARCOM generation procedures for first location-based mobile solution.  Launched a location-based mobile product, gaining 30 clients and significant revenue in the first three months with pipeline of $1M annual sales.

• Led offshore and remote teams in designing and implementing a new mobile product utilizing cutting-edge technology that will drive new business opportunities in GIS vertical markets.  Provided the engineering team with all application requirements that adheres to project contract, managed Quality Assurance efforts, prepared Support team to resolve customer issues, train sales engineers on readiness to take new mobile product to market and complete ownership of project through product lifecycle.

• Commended for streamlining project workflow and managing virtual teams in multiple remote locations including offshore for mission-critical time-sensitive project for simultaneous product-to-market implementation of web application for Time-Warner Cable for five North Carolina offices.  The project team consists of client C-level marketing team, remote development team and business analysts.  Project communication was key to maintaining project schedule and required features delivery.

• Project manager of CRM integration project for leading provider of outsourced communication solutions for Fortune 1000 companies that streamlined business processes of global contact centers.  The technology challenges alone influenced the project temperament and allowed the multi-faceted project team to cohesively deliver a product that reduced call response time and streamlined workflow process of agents.

• Conceived, created and submitted a proposal to AMSCAT (AMS Center for Advanced Technology) for white paper use of RoboHelp.  The proposal was accepted and funded through Telecommunications Business Unit in Atlanta.  Documented an analysis paper on “Choosing a client/server development tool” after evaluating several client/server development tools, such as Delphi Client/Server Suite, PowerBuilder Enterprise, Visual C++, and Visual Basic.
