My responsibilities included designing custom gift cards for the company's merchants with Gift Card Processing. I was the sole designer with a 3 day window to pull together the elements for an average of 12 orders per day during peak season. Other tasks, included overseeing the vendor portion of the card production process so that card orders were completed on time; fulfilling any internal marketing requests from my department, entering tracking information for card orders into our proprietary system and customer service from time to time.

My responsibilites in this position included Website design and globalization. I was responsible for overseeing  the translation of e-Learning modules and support documents (including surveys and customer feedback forms) into 11 languages. Using Adobe CS2 (Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Flash),  I was able to edit and load sites for viewing on the company's Intranet.

Its primary system is commonly known as a Global Distribution System (GDS), which is used by travel agents and travel related websites to book airline tickets, hotel rooms, rental cars, tour packages and associated products. Worldspan also hosts IT services and product solutions for major airlines.
