Since 1989 I have worked within the Sales Industry from Retail to Manufacturing and since 2003 have been working within the Recruitment Industry providing specialist sales recruitment for one man bands to International Blue Chip Companies.

I started my own company, as like many people I knew I had the experience, skills and enthusiasm to earn much more money than I was making working for someone else.

Wanting a better life/work balance (again like most people) and getting to see my son grow up which is the most important thing to me. Now working for myself I know I have the best of both worlds and wouldn't be able to do it without my loving and supportive family!

I currently cover the local area of Northants, but am always looking for new business and will travel throughout the UK to recruitment projects within any industry.

Providing the introduction for the new relationship between employer and employee is what I really enjoy and it gives me a great sense of satisfaction to know I created a smooth and successful recruitment process, especially when they are still there 3-4 years later.
