§  Under general supervision, this position is responsible for student financial interviews, financial options counseling, intake processing, and customer service to ensure complete and accurate financing of student educational expenses.

§  Perform needs analysis, provide financing documents, and generate tentative award letter for all new students enrolling into the institution's program.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent of this role will:

• Be a primary contact and sales resource for all local CDW Field Account Executives, Account Managers, Inside Sales Representatives and customers. Enable the CDW sales teams to be highly successful selling high-end server and storage solutions.
• Lead Solutions Assurance processes for complex multi-vendor, cross-practice solutions to minimize customer satisfaction issues during implementation.
• Be knowledgeable (industry expert) about products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services. Maintain credible knowledge of competing technologies and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four years or more of AIX server and infrastructure experience.

Position Summary

·         Manage the processing of sales commissions and other sales incentive compensation payments for all U.S.-based commission plans

·         Partner with IT and Sales to create transformational approaches to streamline and optimize commissions/incentive program processing (people, process and systems opportunities)

·         Determine and oversee the accounting for accrued sales commissions based on key operating metrics (sales, gross profit, etc.)

·         Develop sales commission program calculation tools and analytics to assist senior leadership with commission program change considerations and justifications, including providing data required to validate changes

·         Provide ongoing communication of commission program changes and updates to the sales force and other key internal stakeholders

·         Partner with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to plan, analyze and forecast commissions
