Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a market researcher who will be working with the Marketing and Sales department. The Senior Manager is responsible for the formulation and projection of product and market valuations, modeling and analytic and contributing to the formulation and analysis of Marketing’s strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Executing financial forecasts
• Developing and analyzing metrics for evaluating product and forecast performance.
• Developing and analyzing in-line and internal development product forecasts.
• Developing and analyzing forecasts of key therapeutic areas
• Develop and maintain internal and external forecasting analogues database
• Ensure that wholesaler inventory and managed care assumptions are developed and maintained for all forecasts
• Continually improving the forecast process
• Developing mathematical/statistical models and determining returns on investment for marketing
• Analyzing and tracking potential profit contribution of products in various therapeutic categories.
• Maintain and utilize forecasting system for generation and tracking of forecasts and for reporting to CEO.
• Providing input on and possibly leading market research projects related to forecasting.

Requirements:

• Formal training and professional experience in statistical analysis.
• Financial skills to analyze and potentially execute P&L and more.
• Strong written and verbal skills as well as strong Excel skills.
• Ability to present and defend analyses.

The candidate would work in the Investment Research department, managing a group of Business Analysts, Senior Business Analysts and Managers. The candidate would be responsible for resource planning, hiring, coaching, mentoring and thought leadership for the group at large.

Operational responsibilities:

•      Providing the content lead on projects involving strong functional expertise and domain knowledge

•      Leading teams on predictive modeling / segmentation projects

•      Development of training modules and imparting training to the group

•      Manage client communication and expectations

•      Lead projects or modules of larger projects  

•      Analyzing and preparing presentations from research data and Dashboard creation

About You – Qualifications and Requirements:

·         Masters (preferably in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research) / Industrial engineers / Commercial engineers / M.B.A. from a reputed institute with 4-6 years of relevant experience in analytics across Banks, credit cards, other financial services.

·         Experience of working on a predictive modeling assignment / segmentation preferred

• Manage database build and maintenance process for house and prospect files

• Coordinate files and write instructions for file feeds to 3^rd party vendors
• Develop monthly database reporting to audit database integrity.  Audit the database on various levels of processing and key metrics and trouble-shoot data anomalies

• Manage & develop the meta data layer & aggregate table development for the deployment of the business intelligence platform (Cognos)
• Integrate Statistical Model Scores for use in campaign selection

• Manage complex Circulation ad-hoc reporting/analysis requests
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and 3^rd party providers to support the successful execution of CDW's contact strategy through the management of the marketing database, consolidated hygiene processes and campaign database

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in business or technical discipline required
• Minimum 5 years of SQL programming experience related to database or data warehouse development. SAS programming is a plus
• Experience with B2B data conversion, B2B merge/purge logic, data quality improvement, and data cleansing desired.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tool (like Cognos, Business Objects) meta data layer development
• Strong cognitive skills including analysis, problem solving, high attention to detail, and decision-making

Primary Roles:

3. Participate in development with Aftermarket Manager and implement an annual twelve-month Service Marketing Plan that includes:

4. Recruit, train, appraise and provide directions to service personnel to support service sales growth and customer service requirements in coordination with the Store Manager and the Aftermarket Manager.

Secondary Roles:

1. Maintain all management reports necessary to audit the performance of department and individual employees, on a monthly basis.

4. Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge. This will be accomplished by use of a scheduling system to eliminate lost time between jobs.

8. Evaluate on a monthly audit basis, the performance of the Service Department, and employees, through general observations and use of the Service Management System Labor reports.

9. Coordinate Dealership training programs and Service-related customer clinics.

10. Ensure that necessary Service Department special tools and service equipment are available and maintained in good order.

11. Make recommendations regarding the purchase of Service vehicles, and maintains the fleet in a manner to provide a profitable operation.

12. Coordinates with the Aftermarket Manager incorporation of job control standards and shop management practices in newly acquired locations.

• Conduct presentations online and in-person to existing and potential customers. Facilitate and perform demos for clients.
• Conduct interviews with customers to collect detailed information and assist in the calculation of TCO and ROI for Virtualization Assessments.  Present findings to customers.
• Conduct planning workshops with customers to identify their workloads in order to develop cost-effective solutions that span servers, storage, virtualization etc.  Work with other solution groups to close the gap with power, cooling, networking etc. that make up the solution.
• Build and manage an opportunity pipeline for CDW’s AIX and storage-based solutions. Focus on driving and closing hardware, software and services revenue to achieve the overall Systems and Storage Practice revenue and Gross Profit targets. Be able to scope engagements to a high degree of accuracy with appropriate assistance and review from CDW and partner pre-sales and post-sales resources. Manage and track sales opportunity pipelines, forecasts and revenue using CDW’s sales automation tool.
• Be a primary contact and sales resource for all local CDW Field Account Executives, Account Managers, Inside Sales Representatives and customers. Enable the CDW sales teams to be highly successful selling high-end server and storage solutions.
• Lead Solutions Assurance processes for complex multi-vendor, cross-practice solutions to minimize customer satisfaction issues during implementation.
• Be knowledgeable (industry expert) about products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services. Maintain credible knowledge of competing technologies and solutions.
• Assist with business development activities in partnership with Marketing and CDW partners. Help to create business development activities, perform demand generation and provide all follow-up to business development activities.
• Coordinate prospect meetings, teleconferences, and communications.
• Communicate and manage multiple sales channels, including Branch Sales Teams
• Understand client’s existing server and storage infrastructures, use CDW’s assessment methodology to compare and contrast this infrastructure to CDW’s defined best practices, and make technical and financial recommendations to the client.
• Create and deliver client seminars, workshops, polished proposals, and RFP’s.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four years or more of AIX server and infrastructure experience.
• Four years or more of storage infrastructure experience.
• Pre-sales or Consulting experience.
• Advanced Technology Solutions development experience (server, storage, virtualization)
• Thorough knowledge of at least one of the storage product lines from IBM, NetApp, EMC and HP
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or the equivalent in experience.
• Strong Interpersonal and presentation skills including consulting skills.
• Travel required up to 50%.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop work plans, processes, implement procedures and communicate Executive compensation processes that include reviews, approvals and timelines in support of the SMIP, equity grants and executive data.
• Administer and organize Executive Compensation data from internal systems.
• Prepare all PowerPoint and Excel materials needed for recurring Compensation Committee meetings of the Board, including models and recommendations.
• Design and prepare periodic analytical reports on Executive compensation in a standardized manner.
• Work directly with Executive Committee members and the Director of Compensation to complete worksheets that manage quarterly and annual compensation cycles including merit and variable pay at the Executive level.
• Develop generic and personalized communication tools for internal and external use.
• Stay current with market compensation practices and Executive Compensation governance policies and trends.
• Develop recommendations for audit processes, related systems and any process improvements, including increased automation of selected Executive Compensation functions.
• Conduct ad-hoc training and information sharing sessions with internal Coworker Services team members.
• Manage vendor relationships and participate in annual salary surveys in order to maintain current competitive data.
• Deliver, communicate, calculate and project manage CDW's broad based discretionary bonus programs.
• Assist in Annual Merit process.

Qualifications:

·         2 years of experience in either Compensation, Human Resources or Finance

·         3 years experience working directly in Executive Compensation

• Knowledge of and experience in executive compensation including an understanding of SEC requirements, 162(m) implications
• Advanced Excel Spreadsheet Skills - Able to write complex formulas, work with Pivot tables, charts and graphs, and linking.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail.
