Pamela Arrarás has been working in the field of EFL/ESL for over 13 years. She has taught in the US and Argentina at the middle and high school level, both in private and public schools. She holds an M.A. in English as a Foreign Language from the University of Jaén and a Certificate in TESOL Practices and Principles of Online Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
During the past three years she has coordinated a number of virtual partnerships between classes in the U.S. and classes in Argentina. In 2007, Pamela was recognized as an Outstanding Cultural Educator. In 2008 she received an Honorable Mention to the International Educator Award.
Among other professional activities, she has been an ESOL/EFL presenter for TESOL 2009 and FAAPI 2009 and 2010, and has been a contributor for The Teacher's Magazine. She belongs and is an active member of several professional teaching associations. She´s the webmaster for APIBB's website and a member of APIBB´s Committee.
Currently she is focusing on how to incorporate blended teaching in public schools EFL classes, and the use of technology and intercultural education in the field of foreign language teaching.
