  • Developed training material and presented lectures to engineering personnel on ship propulsion machinery, auxiliary equipment, pollution control, fire safety and power plant operations, which provided highly effective in enhancing personal and professional development, standardization, qualification, and production.
  • Directed and supervised up to fifteen junior engineering technicians; coordinated production control with an emphasis on operational risk management (identify and asses hazards, make risk decisions, implement controls, and supervise) material and manpower expediting, manning levels, special tooling, skills utilization, and quality control. 
  • Assisted supervisors in quality assurance inspection on all shipyard installations, blue print readings ,overhauls, construction,  and testing of primary and secondary machinery, which contributed towards the reduction of cost of thousands of dollars on repairs, providing efficiency for Naval machinery and equipment.
  • Provided technical guidance and troubleshooting to effective time sensitive at sea repair on numerous engineering and hydraulic systems, low-press air valves, various other critical equipment and systems that allowed completion of operations.
