- Performed analysis and benchmarking of various ERP Systems for a client in Montreal Canada. Made proposal for ERP Solution that provides the most effective outcome for the organization by replacing five standalone non-integrated island solutions with one completely integrated ERP Solution. ERP Solution will improve forecasting and planning accuracy and reduce month-end closing procedures from 10 business days to two business days.
- Built an IT infrastructure, implemented technologies and cross-functional solutions to improve sales and production forecast and increase stock turnover from 12 weeks to 7 weeks in order to support an increase in sales of 75% within 1 year and 150% within 5 years and a gross-margin improvement of 300% over the same time period.
