As Chief of Party I now lead a large international capacity building project that combines training, institutional development, I/T projects, and civil service reform. I have lived and worked in very challenging work environments around the world from Africa to the Former Soviet Union to my current work in conflict zones in the Middle East. I have demonstrated the capacity to lead a workforces of multiple nationalities.
I have led economic growth projects to help countries better understand the needs of businesses and make the changes necessary to improve the business environment, attract new foreign investors, promote local investment, and grow employment.
Some of the outcomes of my projects include converting personnel departments into strategic HR departments, building strategic planning departments and processes, applying quality management principles to streamline procedures, and professionalizing training functions.
