Responsible for providing vocational services to clients in the Delmarva Area. Services include Employability Assessments, Labor Market Surveys, Disability Adjustment Counseling, Job Analyses, Job Seeking Skills Training, Employment Readiness Interviewing, Job Preparation, Vocational Testing, Job Placement, Coordination Of Rehabilitation Plans, Medical Management, Consultation With Medical Providers, Attorneys, Employers, Insurance Companies. ADA, Safety And Prevention And Transitional Return To Work Coordination.

Responsible for management of vocational rehabilitation staff, marketing, proposal development and presentation: consultation with clients, medical providers, attorneys, employers, and insurance companies; job placement, job analyses, expert testimony, development of rehabilitation plans, development of Employability Assessments for personal injury, divorce, medical malpractice, Workers’ Compensation cases. Coordination of rehabilitation plans, vocational testing, review/revision of vocational reports, interviewing and hiring personnel, training personnel, fiscal and caseload management. Vocational guidance to injured/ill persons including liability, Long Term Disability and Veterans Administration cases; presenter of various professional workshops/in-services.

Responsible for managing regional and national vendors providing services to covered injured workers including developing procedures and protocols, contracting, evaluation of outcomes, ensuring communication between parties, ethical considerations, and fiscal management.
