Epsilon International is a leading player among email marketing service providers. Epsilon has industry-leading technology and marketing service capabilities particularly in the areas of strategic consulting, client services, delivery optimization and analytics.
As a project manager, I have to

• Specify and/or build technical solutions (subscription and Preference Center, custom reports, etc).
• Technically advise and deliver on integration projects - CRM, CMS, etc.
• Advise and deliver on advanced product functionality
• Provide elementary technical project management and follow-up.
• Specify and set-up data flow from client DB to our tool DB
• Provide basic and advanced training on DREAMmail for assigned clients as well as sales and account management teams.

As a web communications coordinator, I had to handle web communications programs,such has product announcements (EMEA-wide). This involved the coordination between all the parties : product management, copywriting-agency, web agency, translation agency and Lexmark EMEA countries (16).

This role was 80% project management, 20% communication (internal).

Create / Update web pages for EMEA countries. Included HTML updates and Flash animations.
