Am presently employed with DesignPhase Australia since February 8 2007. Have worked on design development, 3D visualizations, PowerPoint presentations, and CAD documentation along various stages of the projects. Worked on a variety of projects ranging from corporate offices, residences, airport & boutiques.

Corporate office for Macmillan Publishers 

Key Responsibilities: 

Prepare proposed interior 3D visuals for client presentation prior to documenting 

interior contract drawings for the Tendering process. 

Warehouse conversion to a Residence, North Melbourne 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop proposed interior 3D visuals for client approval. Document interior contract drawings.  

Avalon Domestic Airport Extension, Avalon 

Key Responsibilities: 

Prepare CAD documentation drawings for Building Approval and later for 

Tendering and Construction. Prepare interior 3D visuals for retail areas in the 

Domestic Terminal.   

Avalon International Airport, Avalon 

Key Responsibilities: 

Prepare proposed exterior 3D visuals for client presentations. Assisted in 

developing preliminary master plans for the project. This is a currently ongoing 

project. 

Corporate Head Office for Linfox Logistics Australia, Essendon Fields 

Key Responsibilities: 

Prepare PowerPoint presentation for architecture and design proposals. 

Developing CAD documentation for Tender. This is a currently ongoing project. 

Commenced employment with Ian Lyell Design as ;designer on June 25 2005. Worked on a variety of projects ranging from vacation houses, residences, apartment complexes, retail outlets, boutiques & landscaping works.

Key Projects: 

Holiday House for Mr. Frank Blundell, Port Sea 

Key Responsibilities: 

Site measure drawings, client meetings to develop project brief, sketch designdevelopments, preparation of DA drawings for the Mornington Peninsula council, generating 3D computer aided visuals for client presentations & co ordinate with contractors for on site implementation of proposed schemes. 

Apartment Complex for Mr. Burne, Camberwell 

Key Responsibilities: 

Site measure drawings, sketch design developments, ;preparation of DA drawings for the Boroondara council, generating 3D computer aided visuals for client presentations & prepare project estimation for client reviews and approvals.  

Boutique for Ian Lyell Designs, Toorak Village 

Key Responsibilities: 

Site measure drawings, sketch design developments for space planning and furniture design, generating 3D computer aided visuals for the office.
