  • Worked on joint development project with National Semiconductor to automatically generate hypertext markup language (HTML) from a common gateway interface (CGI) C++ program using the CADIS object database. This product became Krakatoa HTML and shipped within five weeks after taking control of prototype.
  • Assisted implementation of a Java-based client for a Web Publishing option to the main client-server product (CADIS-PMX). Ported the server portion of CADIS-PMX to a DEC Alpha (64 bit architecture) on schedule.

Senior Research Engineer

  • Developed graphics software application for aircraft operations analysis. This interactive data driven system provided a new capability to perform three weeks of complex analysis in less than one day.  This software is in use today—21 years after initial development.
  • Evaluated and acquired first computer animation system for Lockheed. Led team to develop first computer-generated animation for this Lockheed Division.
  • Member of team that developed interactive computer graphics models as part of an Independent Research and Development Project (IRAD) on Human-Computer Interface with two dimensional displays of map and terrain data with 3D views.
