            Managed all aspects of recruiting process.  Coordinated recruiting effort for law students, including campus and in-office interviews.  Worked closely with Managing Partner and Department Chairs to hire lateral associates and partners. Designed and supervised summer associate program.  Wrote agendas and guided Recruiting Committee meetings.  Ran orientation for all new attorney hires.  Administered Continuing Legal Education program for New York attorneys including annual re-certification of accredited-provider status.  Aided Diversity Manager and Committee in diversity recruiting and retention effort. 

Served as primary recruiting liaison to various undergraduate and graduate campuses.  Organized presentations, interview schedules, student events and attended career fairs.  Managed interview process for undergraduate campuses including resume selection, interviewing and choice of students for final rounds.  Coordinated events for summer analysts and other interested students.  Managed Human Resources summer analyst program.  Analyzed firm’s recruiting history to determine future hiring sources. 

Screened and selected student resumes from law schools for on-campus interviews.  Prepared all on-campus interviewing materials.  Scheduled a seasonal average of 60 interviews per week for students, judicial clerks and lateral candidates.  Coordinated and helped design follow-up program and events for candidates with outstanding offers.  Produced report of recruiting season statistics.  Planned and coordinated weekly social events for 90+ member summer program. 

Reviewed and selected student resumes from law schools for on-campus interviews.  Traveled to law schools to aid in on-campus recruiting process.  Arranged in-office interviews for students.  Assisted with in-office job fairs.  Helped design statistic report analyzing recruiting season.  Commenced planning of summer events.  Performed general administrative and office duties.
