With my small but also great team (we call it Center of Competence) we do our best to make Baloise group as an employer shine.

Developing a state-of-the-art Personnel Development Concept and building innovative and user friendly tools for HR and Line Management covering all personnel development topics (performance review, skill management, salary history, qualification planning, succession management).
Leading a core team of 6 persons and coordinating some sub teams. Roll out and support for the whole company and all involved vendors.

Development of a Talent-Relationship-Management philosophy and application (based on SAP E-Recruiting).
As the first big company in Europe Audi use Talent-Relationship-Management to recruit high potentials in defined critical target groups.

I was responsible from the first "sketches" (some years ago) until finalisation. Today Audi TRM is a successful part of Audi's recruiting tools, first positions are filled with TRM-Candidates.
Our Modification of SAP E-Recruiting ended up as a product of our development partner Promerit AG.

As employee no. 2 at Aquent GmbH, Munich, the german division, I was responsibly involved in the start-up period. Building up the technical and legal infrastructure (incl. positioning, marketing, pricing) I was the first consultant in the German market.
Acquisition of clients and candidate research/selection were the most important parts of my daily business but market research, marketing, invoicing and business admnistration was also part of my job. I was responsible for the HR-Consulting and Project Placement for IT- and Web-Professionals.
After the Munich office started successfully, we build up the Frankfurt office which I attended as a branch manager until I left the company.
During my work at Aquent I spent some periods up to three months abroad at the Canadian office in Toronto to practice and learn and at Aquent’s headquarter in Boston adjusting the IT-infrastructure and business processes.
When I left Aquent there were two offices in Germany and many of Germany’s most important ad agencies used our services. While my time at Aquent I attend more than 600 interviews and client meetings.
